Our Delivery Promise to You

We aim to ensure that once your order is placed, it’s received in perfect condition and within the timeframe we’ve promised. From packaging through to handover, our teams and certified delivery partners are committed to a great experience from start to finish.

Placing Your Order

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
  • Your order will be processed once payment has been received.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed.

Timeframes for UK Deliveries

  • Most UK orders arrive within 3 - 5 working days. During peak periods, deliveries may take up to 7 working days (we’ll notify you of any delays).
  • Deliveries take place on weekdays only.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email.
  • If an order is returned due to non-collection or more than 3 failed delivery attempts, a refund (less courier costs) will be processed.
  • Furniture deliveries: Some items are made to order. Certain pieces have a 10-day lead time, while others may take 6–8 weeks depending on supplier components.

Note: Surcharges and extended timelines may apply to UK Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, and remote areas. Please check checkout estimates for accurate costs and delivery windows.

International Deliveries from the UK

  • We partner with DHL for reliable international delivery.
  • All shipping fees, taxes, and import duties are calculated and shown at checkout before purchase completion.
  • International deliveries typically take 8–10 working days unless otherwise advised.
  • Please familiarise yourself with our returns process after receiving your order.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email with your order, delivery, and tracking details.
  • You can also log in to your account at any time to view order status and tracking information.

When your delivery arrives, the courier will verify recipient details. Please ensure the package has not been tampered with before signing. If anything appears incorrect, contact us immediately.

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and that commitment extends to your experience with us. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, our team is here to help.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from purchase and require proof of purchase.
  • Change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s cost. Faulty or incorrect items are returned at our cost.
  • Products must be in original packaging and resellable condition.
  • Only products purchased from our website or Carrol Boyes stores qualify.

How to Return an Online Order

  1. Log in to Your Account → My Orders.
  2. Select Return Order.
  3. Choose the items and quantities.
  4. Provide a reason and upload photos if requested.
  5. Submit your request. A representative will contact you within 48 hours.

Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Items purchased at special event sales.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Jewellery or personal products.
  • Items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, overheating, or extreme temperatures.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Gift Vouchers expire 3 years from purchase.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  • Vouchers may be redeemed against higher-value products with payment of the difference.
  • All vouchers are subject to verification at redemption.
