Where can I find your stores?
We do not have any physical stores in the UK at present, just our online store.
How can I place an order online?
- Browse products and add items to your bag.
- Go to Checkout.
- Enter delivery details and select a shipping option.
- Choose a payment method (Cards via Shopify Payments or Klarna).
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment is authorised.
Is your website safe and secure to shop?
Yes. Our checkout uses HTTPS/TLS and payments are processed on PCI-compliant infrastructure. You may be asked to complete Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) by your bank.
Can I send a gift message with my order?
Yes, simply add a gift message at checkout. Gift wrap can be requested where available.

Do you offer repair services?
Repair and repolishing services are not available in the United Kingdom. These services are offered in South Africa only, subject to booking and applicable fees. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.
Payments (UK)
How can I pay for my order?
- Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) via Shopify Payments.
- Klarna (availability subject to Klarna’s checks): Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days (18+, UK residents, credit subject to status; late fees may apply; borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may impact your creditworthiness).
We do not accept bank transfer, PayPal, cash on delivery, or other methods in the UK at this time.
How do I know if you’ve received my payment?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email when your payment is authorised. If you don’t receive one, contact Customer Care.

What are your delivery options?
Home Delivery (UK Mainland, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland).
What are your UK delivery fees?
- Orders under £50: £4.50 (Home Delivery)
- Orders £50 and over: Free
- Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: calculated at checkout (surcharges/extended timeframes may apply).
Our UK courier partner is DHL.
When will my order be delivered?
Most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days; during peak periods, up to 7 working days. Deliveries take place weekdays only. We’ll notify you of any delays.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a dispatch email with a DHL tracking link. You can also view tracking in Your Account.
Refunds & Returns (UK)
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day goodwill window for returns/exchanges (with proof of purchase) in addition to your statutory rights.
- Online orders: 14-day right to cancel from the day after delivery, then 14 further days to return.
- Refunds: within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of sending), including the standard outbound delivery cost you paid.
- Change-of-mind returns: return postage is at your cost (if we told you this up front).
- Faulty/incorrect items: returned at our cost in line with your Consumer Rights Act remedies.
How do I return a product?
Online purchases: log in to Your Account → My Orders → Return Order and follow the prompts; our team will contact you within 48 hours. Alternatively, email us at customercare@carrolboyes.com.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Report it as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days). Log a return via your account and include photos if requested; we’ll arrange a solution in line with UK consumer law.
Age-Restricted Items (UK Knife Law)
What are the rules for knives and bladed items?
For products such as knives/bladed items, you must be 18+. To receive delivery, the purchaser or named recipient must show valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name/details provided at checkout. Couriers may refuse delivery if ID is not produced or details don’t match.
Gift Vouchers (UK)
When will the recipient receive the gift voucher?
Digital vouchers are emailed to the recipient within 24 hours after your order confirmation.
When do gift vouchers expire?
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase. Key terms (expiry, no-cash redemption, lost/stolen not replaced) are shown at purchase and on the voucher.
