Payment Methods (United Kingdom)
We currently accept the following payment methods for UK orders:
1) Credit & Debit Cards (processed by Shopify Payments)
Pay securely with major cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro) processed by Shopify Payments. Transactions are encrypted and may require Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) (e.g., 3-D Secure) as required by UK regulation. If prompted, follow your bank’s on-screen verification to complete checkout.
Refunds to cards: Once we approve a refund, we submit it to your card issuer immediately. Your bank/card provider controls when funds appear; this can take up to 3–10 business days depending on the institution.

2) Klarna
We offer Klarna at checkout (availability subject to Klarna’s approval). Klarna may present one or more of the options below, depending on eligibility:
- Pay in 3: Split your purchase into three interest-free instalments, collected automatically every 30 days.
- Pay in 30 days: Try first, pay up to 30 days after shipment.
Important Klarna information (UK)
- 18+, UK residents only. Credit subject to status.
- Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit.
- Late fees may apply.

Who you’re contracting with: Klarna is the lender for Klarna purchases; we are not the lender. Klarna performs its own checks and decides whether to offer you credit.

Card payments are processed on PCI-compliant infrastructure through Shopify Payments; you may see 3-D Secure/SCA prompts from your bank.
Klarna options and disclosures are provided in line with Klarna’s UK guidance for merchants.
Not Accepted (UK)
We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, or any other payment methods for UK orders at this time. Only cards via Shopify Payments and Klarna are supported.
