Placing Your Order
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
- Your order will be processed once payment has been received.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed.

Timeframes for UK Deliveries
- Most UK orders arrive within 3 - 5 working days. During peak periods, deliveries may take up to 7 working days (we’ll notify you of any delays).
- Deliveries take place on weekdays only.
- You can track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email.
- If an order is returned due to non-collection or more than 3 failed delivery attempts, a refund (less courier costs) will be processed.
- Furniture deliveries: Some items are made to order. Certain pieces have a 10-day lead time, while others may take 6–8 weeks depending on supplier components.
