Create a gift registry for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays or any special occasion—tailored for friends and family shopping in the UK.

How the Gift Registry Works

  1. Create your registry online and add items from our UK catalogue.
  2. Set your preferred delivery address and delivery-date window.
  3. Share your registry link with guests by email, social media or invitation.
  4. Guests purchase gifts directly from your registry; we ship to you or to them, as you prefer.

Creating & Managing Your Registry

  1. Sign in or create an account to start a registry.
  2. Choose a registry name, event date, delivery address, and visibility (public/private).
  3. Add items from product pages using “Add to Registry.”
  4. Re-order items in priority order and add notes (e.g., quantities needed).
  5. Enable Group Gifting for higher-value items (optional, where available).

Sharing Your Registry

  • Copy your unique registry link to share with guests.
  • Use share buttons for email and social platforms.
  • You can update your registry at any time before items are purchased.

Purchasing Gifts (for your guests)

  • Guests can purchase online using credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments or Klarna (availability subject to Klarna’s checks; 18+, UK residents, credit subject to status; late fees may apply; borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit).
  • Guests see real-time availability and whether an item has already been purchased.
  • Gift messages can be added at checkout; gift wrap available where offered.

Delivery (UK)

  • Courier partner: DHL.
  • Fees: £4.50 for orders under £50; Free delivery for orders £50+.
  • Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: calculated at checkout; extended timeframes/surcharges may apply.
  • Timeframes: typically 2–5 working days (up to 7 during peak). Weekday deliveries only.
  • Tracking: recipients receive a dispatch email with tracking details.

International Delivery for Gifts

If a guest ships a gift to an address outside the UK, international shipping is available via DHL. Taxes and duties, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Typical delivery: 8–10 working days.

Address & Delivery Options

  • Default delivery is to the registry holder’s address set in your profile.
  • Guests may choose to send gifts to their own address (to bring to your event), if enabled.
  • You can set a delivery date window; we’ll aim to dispatch within that window (subject to stock and courier schedules).

Out-of-Stock & Substitutions

  • If an item becomes unavailable after being added to a registry, guests will be notified at checkout.
  • Where appropriate, we may offer a close alternative or e-gift card of equal value with your consent.

Returns & Exchanges for Registry Gifts (UK)

  • Your statutory rights under UK law apply to the purchaser (guest).
  • As a goodwill policy, registry recipients may exchange unopened, unused gifts within 30 days (proof of purchase or order number required).
  • For online purchases, purchasers have a 14-day right to cancel from the day after delivery and a further 14 days to return; refunds are made to the original payment method and include the standard outbound delivery charge paid at checkout.
  • For faulty or mis-described goods, we’ll arrange a repair/replacement or refund per the Consumer Rights Act 2015; return costs are covered by us.

Age-Restricted Gifts (UK Knife Law)

For bladed items (e.g., knives), the recipient must be 18+. At delivery, the purchaser or named recipient may be required to present valid government-issued photo ID matching the checkout name. Couriers may refuse delivery if ID is not produced or details do not match.

Payments (for Guests)

  • Cards via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro).
  • Klarna: Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days (availability subject to status; 18+, UK residents; borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit; late fees may apply).
  • Other payment methods are not accepted in the UK at this time.

Gift Messages & Gift Wrap

Guests can add a complimentary gift message at checkout. Gift wrap is available on selected items (fees may apply).

Privacy & Data Protection (UK GDPR)

  • We process registry data to provide and manage your registry and fulfil orders.
  • Guest details are used for order processing, delivery and (if consented) marketing; you and your guests can update preferences or opt out at any time.

Terms & Conditions

  • Registries are for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Prices and product availability may change; items are only reserved once purchased.
  • We may amend or end the registry service with reasonable notice, ensuring no unfair detriment to users.
  • Nothing in this page affects your statutory rights.
