CLEANING: Cool your pots or pans for a few minutes before washing in hot, soapy water. Do not plunge, or fill, hot cookware with cold water. For pans with stubborn residue, fill with warm water and soak for 10 - 15 minutes. Do not use harsh or abrasive brushes, cleaning pads or agents to clean cookware. We recommend handwashing for prolonged use of your cookware. HOWEVER, IF YOU PREFER TO USE THE DISHWASHER, KEEP THE BELOW POINTS IN MIND: Use only domestic-strength dishwasher detergent, preferably the varieties without lemon.
